Mugdha Godse was flying high

Mugdha Godse the promising newcomer from Fashion seems to be highly inspired by ‘realistic’ filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar. The actress wanted her drunk scene from Jail to look convincing; so she actually consumed a bottle of champagne for a song sequence.

“For a song in Jail where Neil offers champagne to Mugdha, Mugdha insisted that actual champagne be poured into the glass. Madhur wanted to get the scene right and went for multiple retakes. As a result Mugdha ended up consuming champagne sufficient enough to make her pleasantly tipsy,” we were informed. Of course the unit had reason enough to laugh their hearts out, but Mugdha was flying high and wouldn’t allow anyone to dampen her ‘spirit’.
