Mohit Malik: Meet the new photographer!

Well, here’s some news. Mohit Malik of Pari Hoon Main and Banoo Main Teri Dulhaan fame is big time into photography. And the guy hasn’t taken any coaching for it. “Photography is like a hobby for me. It’s a talent that I guess I’m born with,” says the actor.

Mohit’s good at clicking portfolio shots. In fact, some of his close pals from the TV industry have even approached him for folios. “Friends have been asking me to take a day off from work and shoot their pictures,” he says amusingly. Recently on a New Year trip with his friends, Mohit clicked lovely photographs of the much-in-love couple Juhi Parmar and Sachin Shroff. The guy has also shot many pictures of his actress-girlfriend Addite Shirwakar, friends Ali Hassan, Anupam Bhattacharya, etc. “I specialise in black and white photography and I’ve clicked around 50 to 60 pics of Ali Hassan which are mostly close-ups and midshots.”

On the work-front, recently there were rumours of him quitting Dulhan. So is it true? “Well, the track was not working out the way I wanted it to, and I was thinking about quitting. But now, I’m happy with the way my character has worked out. I don’t blame the producers too as I guess I was not able to give them the dates due to my participation in Nach Baliye 4 as well,” he says.
