Kacche Kele ke kofte

o:-   6 raw Bananas
o:-   Salt to taste
o:-   1 tsp Cumin seeds
o:-   2 tsps Ginger, chopped
o:-   Oil for deep frying
o:-   2 tsps Garlic, chopped
o:-   A pinch of Turmeric powder
o:-   1 tsp Green Chillies, chopped

For the gravy

o:-   1 tsp Turmeric powder
o:-   1 tsp Red Chilli powder
o:-   2 tsps Ginger Garlic paste
o:-   A few sprigs of Coriander leaves
o:-   2 tbsps boiled Onion and Cashewnut paste
o:-   ½ tsp Mace powder
o:-   1 tbsp Ghee
o:-   1 tbsp Cream
o:-   1 tsp Cumin seeds
o:-   2 tsps Thick Yoghurt
o:-   ½ tsp Cardamom powder
o:-   Salt according to taste

Method:
For the kofte
Boil bananas with turmeric powder, cool and mash.
Add all the other chopped ingredients and seasoning, and mix well, then form into dumplings at 1 inch each.
Deep fry over medium heat.

For the gravy

Heat ghee and crackle cumin seeds.
Add onion and cashewnut paste and cook till the paste releases oil.
Add the dry masala and cook well.
Add yoghurt and ginger garlic paste and saute till the gravy releases oil.
Finish with cream, salt and cardamom and mace powder.
Reduce the flame to low and slowly add the dumplings.
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
