Deep Fried Prawn
1 tsp Sugar
12 unshelled large Prawns
Salt to taste
Chopped Ginger, Garlic, Cloves
2 chopped Red Chillies, chopped
Heat the oil in a pan and Fry chopped ginger, garlic cloves, red chillies.
Add the prawns and fry until they turn red.
Add salt, sugar and little water until the gravy thickens.
Remove and serve hot.
