Cheddar Chicken and Vegetable Skillet
Ingredients:
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 1/3 cups water
3 cups frozen vegetable blend
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
Method:
Spray large skillet with cooking spray and add chicken, cover. Cook on medium high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until browned. Remove from skillet. Add vegetables and water. Bring to boil.
Stir in stuffing mix just until moistened. Top with chicken and cheese; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until cheese melts.
