Ashutosh Kaushik: Was it a publicity stunt?

Bigg Boss winner Ashutosh Kaushik a few days ago announced that he’s participating in the international reality show Big Brother. He even spoke about how he would manage with the foreigners in the house. But now the guy is doing a U-turn saying it’s the media who has been hounding him on this. So did Ashutosh do it for publicity? “Why will I do it for publicity?” he shot back, when contacted. “The offer was there but it didn’t work out,” he said.

Meanwhile there’s talk of he participating in the laughter show Comedy Circus and that too with Shweta Tiwari, the estranged wife of his co-contestant, Raja Chaudhary. Ask Ashutosh about this and he says, “I’ve got the script but the final details are still being worked out. I’m still not sure whether I’ll be doing the show,” he says cautiously, not wanting to get embroiled in another controversy.
